Matchboxes calculates probabilities for players winning tennis matches before and while the match in-play.
The underlying model is based on Markov chains and takes into account various player statistics such as rankings, first server win percentage and surface performance. These computed probabilities are then compared to an average of probabilities found across the major bookmaking websites.
